Getting career clarity helped me to get multiple job offers, I could see demand for the skills that I offered, different companies wanted to hire me and even got a 100% hike with one of the companies.
But this was not the case always!
I was not just topper of my class but I was 2nd topper of the school in grade 10. I followed the trend and joined competitive diploma college of Engineering, there my life took a 180-degree shift and I was struggling with subjects and my scores were low throughout the semesters.
Somehow, I completed my Engineering in IT with distinction but clueless about my next move for my career.
I was always interested in working with youngsters and wanted to contribute towards their growth and I landed in teaching Industry and worked with computer science grads & engineering students.
I did not have career clarity until I saw my students going through what I have gone through (lack of clarity and purpose and wandering towards education and career planning).
I decided to take charge and I found my purpose to help youngsters in deciding what careers to take and I did all my relevant certifications and a degree -Masters in Counselling Psychology simultaneously working as a career counsellor.
I got the opportunity to work with students of undergraduate courses and different streams, worked with high schools across India, and I helped jobseekers to find their career clarity and apply for the jobs they love through my journey of working as a career counselor with different companies.
With 10 years of combined teaching & counselling experience, I have helped 1000+ candidates achieve career clarity, choose their job profiles, mentored for higher studies &job preparation.
